I've had problems with the suction cups on several Interpet Sponge Filters I bought just before Christmas. The cups turn themselves inside-out and refuse to stick. No matter what I do, they keep flipping inside-out.

I contacted Interpet about this and didn't receive a reply for TEN DAYS. When I did get a reply I was basically told to take the filters back to where I bought them from and they would return them for replacement. My response was "What the **** are my fish supposed to do in the mean time without filtration?"

The suction cups cannot cost more than a couple of pennies and all I am getting is a fobbing off!


I had a similar problem with Fluval suction cups and they sent replacements (twice the amount I needed) within a matter of two days!


I shall be writing a strongly worded letter of complaint if their next reply isn't as forthcoming :boom: :boom: :boom:
