Just want to mention a very positve experience with Hydor customer support. I had contacted them complaining that my Hydroset thermostat was incorrectly calibrated and asked for a re-calibration procedure. The customer support rep correctly identified the problem (the knob had been applied incorrectly) and gave me guidelines about how to tell when the knob was correctly situated. The rep also said that they would be more than happy to take the thermostat and test it and replace it (it's under 2 years old) if defective.

Not unless you count that I've never had to contact them 'cuz none of their stuff has ever gone belly up on me or failed to perform as described. cheeky

inlove I love Hydor's stuff, and recommend it whenever suitable.  It's nice to hear they have great customer service.  That's even more of a selling point for me!

^ Agree absolutely.  I've never contacted their customer service either but it's nice to hear of a company making quality products and helping out when there are issues to boot.

I've only used the Hydor Mini Heaters but I love them.  They are perfect for my 2.5 Betta tanks and always keep them at a nice stable temperature.

Never had to contact them, and their heaters seem to work better than other major brands.
