Congrats to another great member!

Petfish Username: Carissa

When did you join Petfish? First time....I think in 2001 or 2002. Then I was away for a while. Second time and most recent was last year, I think.....

What kind of fish do you keep? Currently, guppies, bettas, gouramis, neons, otos, and most recently, angelfish.

Are you planning or working on any special fish related projects?  (like setting up a new tank, etc.)  I want my angelfish to spawn and I want to raise the fry, but it will be a while yet. All my tanks are always projects in the works....

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:

Whereabouts do you live?
Eastern Canada

Do you have any other pets?
A pitbull.

What other hobbies or special interests do you have?
Singing/songwriting, photography, and more recently biking (not sure if that one will stick yet or not....)

Describe your family.
Married, no kids.

Do you like cheese?
Sure, why not. Especially blue cheese salad dressing...

Other comments or information you'd like us to know about yourself? Can't think of anything, off hand.

Carissa!  How great to finally see your face!  I love your planted tank posts.  I'm an eternal noob with plants, and you have taken that aspect of the hobby by storm.  Thank you so much for all of your help and information.

Congratulations Carissa, this is richly deserved!

You are such a helpful person, often the first to answer my many questions, always with sensible and reassuring advice and good explanations.   Your share your experiences with all of us and we all benefit.

I like the way you seem always ready to discuss the various options available in solving a given problem, and the way you seem to be always ready to learn from others about things you don't yet know heaps about.

I really appreciate all of this very much and I'm very sure I'm not the only one Smiley
