Yep.  The white one I'm sure.  The Black/Green/Red one I believe is also a female based on the looks but I cant see the ovipostor...

Do females always have a visible ovipositor?

Yeah they do.  Males sometime have it too but it isn't an ovipostor in their case.

I don't see an ovipositor on the black one... But That might just be me. I'll see when it's colors darken up a little bit

Also, they're not being agressive to each other at all, or reacting to each other at all... But the big white one keeps deliberately slowly poking her nose into the black one's side What is that?

Uh oh...  I think your black one might be a male and the white one wants to breed with him lol.  Females usually nudge male's on their side during spawning so...  I still have no idea.  Can you take another picture of her out of the bag?

Gosh this is a hard call.  The ventrals look nipped off so they could be longer.  But the anal is nice and sturdy as well as the small caudal spread.  But the dorsal is big and it has a face of a male.  I'd seperate and see how it goes as time passes.
