Lucky! All my friends just laugh at me and ask if I'm really that bored when I talk about my fish.  :( :'(
BUT! I'm moving into college this Saturday and ONE OF MY ROOMMATES SEEMS TO BE INTERESTED!  She doesn't seem to keep any yet, but when I told her I keep fish, she seemed pretty interested. :> I will make her a convert.

When you tell your friends that you are spawning your bettas today and they look at you and say "That just doesn't sound right!" LOL  What can I say... I am the only fish person in my school...

When your hands and arms are dry and scaley because you never know when you might have to reach in the tank so you never use lotion anymore :(

Oh dearsey...how did I miss this thread??? LOL!!!

You know you're a betta addict when:

You talk about their individual personalities when people stop by to say hi
You spend ages staring at betta after betta after betta on Aquabid
You know when every LFS within a twenty mile radius gets their new shipments in

And I can totally agree with the dream about nice bettas at the LFS...I dreamed my local Petsmart was selling half-moons today while I was napping... ::)

When you talk about wanting to breed your fish, and go on for a long time about it...then your friend says "are you done talking about fish porn?"

When you have no more room for fish so every time you go into the LFS you call all your friends to see if they want to keep a betta for you.

When you go into a store you say "Hey, that computer desk is bigger than mine and could hold at least two more tanks!"

When the people at the LFS know you by name and ask how many bettas you have after you bring home these four.

When you walk into the LFS and it's full of females, and when you leave there's only one or two on the shelf.

LOL, I could go on for days...
