I have two favorite tanks.
My 29 gallon tank has 3 German Blue Rams ( 2 female, 1 male ), 1 Female fancy tailed guppy, and 1 bristle nosed pleco.
It has the following live plants: wisteria, elodia, java moss, aponogeton crispus. dwarf sagittaria, bacopa australis , corkscrew vale, anubias nanna, and ludwigia arcuata, as well as various sword plants that I don't remember what they are ( they are the oldest and most beat up of my plants )

My 75 gallon tank has 9 Tiger Barbs, 7 Green Tiger Barbs, 5 Golden Tiger Barbs, 5  Black Tiger Barbs, 4 Glow Danio, 1 Red tailed black shark ( 6 inches ), and a marble sail-fin pleco.
It has some wide leaf vale, and some other plant that I can't identify, and a whole bunch of driftwood pieces.

You could add more dainos since they are schooling fish, however they might be too boisterous for your gourami, you could also add another gourami, golds are pretty.

This is my 70 gal. tall.  I think this is the best aquascaping that I have been able to do. I like this tank because it is tall. It is a pain to aquascape though (hard to reach the bottom) I have over 30 fish in this tank. Tiger Barbs, Serpae Tetras, Silver Dollars, 1 Anglefish, Mollies,Tin Foil Barbs and Zebra Danios. I love the Serpae Tetras at feeding time. They go crazy!

I'll try and add a picture when I can.  In my first and only proper community tank I have:
- 6 female bettas (Hera, Artemis, Persephone, Thetis, Psyche and Medea)
- 3 panda cories (Thunderer, Warrior and Devastation)
- 10 un-named ember tetras
- a breeding colony of RCS

Plants:
- ambulia
- anubias (one on driftwood, one on a terracotta pot)
- java fern (HEAPS of it)
- elodea
- lacefern
- dwarf hairgrass
- brazillian microsword
- rotala wallachi
- violet
- pennywort
- some other plant I can't remember
- duckweed

It's a 16.4 gallon, 14.5 inches wide and deep, 18 inches tall.  It's a bit overstocked, but my water change schedule is good enough to cope with it.  Hopefully I will soon be adding 6 mosquito rasboras, too.

Here's a few older pics of my 125:

Currently contains 3 red and 1 green severum, 5 good-size silver dollars, 9-10 kubotai botia's, 9 Colombian and 5 white tetras, 4 juvie yellow Lab's, a handful of BN pleco's, 2 stray cutteri, 1 Synodontis eupterus and 1 zebra knife fish.
All the plants are plastic, the severums and silver dollars eat anything live and green. I occasionally toss in excess duckweed and Salvinia from other tanks for them to snack on.
Couple big chunks of coral to buffer the pH; it took weeks to clear the tannins from all the malaysian and Mopani wood.

Here's the current project, a 220 Tanganykian community tank. Substrate is coal slag, looks/acts like shiny black sand but no diatoms:

I have added some rocks and a couple fish since these pics were taken, will post some more pics after it's stocked more. Don't have many fish (relatively speaking) in there yet, and since 8 are catfish they're never visible by day. The group of 12 2" featherfins are visible and active, and so is the scrawny little spiney eel, even the 2 multi's are generally visible. However, the tank is 7'x2'x2', so it looks pretty empty now. Looking to add some Cyp's, hopefully sooner, and I'm planning to pick up some buescheri and a goby at the CCA meeting in 2 more weeks.
