I found this extremely informative. It might be helpful for people that are experiencing or have experienced these problems in the past. It's mostly on nematodes.

Thanks, Demented.  We get so many "worm" questions.  We do have some great posts already with pictures and information.  Hopefully when a poster comes along with questions, they'll be able to find the information in one of these articles.
