I found this extremely informative. It might be helpful for people that are experiencing or have experienced these problems in the past. It's mostly on nematodes.

Adding SJS's list of sites regarding parasites.  Thanks much!

Prazi-pro has worked for some with camallanus. I used Jungle's Parasite Clear which contains Praziquantel and it cleared one outbreak in all but the heaviest and longest infested fish, which had to be euthanized.
Other things you might try are Panacur, Levamisol hydrochloride, Pipzine and Fluke Tabs. People who've tried these have had varying degrees of success but eventual success assured.

I've run into this parasite once again and am trying Parasite Clear too, this time no effect on the heaviest infested fish. I've got Prazi-Pro on order as well as Fluke Tabs though.
Levamisol is said to not work in pH over 7.0 but I've also read info that conflicts with that. It's not cheap so I'd rather not play "let's wait and see" for now.

Here's some helpful stuff I've come across for parasites (namely camallanus) but may be applied to other parasites.

I have Levamisole HCl and Flubendazole for treating intestinal parasites such as Camallanus and many Protozoa parasites.
