Another water change question

How long should I let the water conditioner  sit til I add boys?

I pretty much put my guys in right away, but I'm usualy able to get my water temp almost exactly near how it was. otherwise maybe a half hour or so :)

don't plop them in. be gentle they will apreciate it .but yeah if temp is same and water is conditioned go ahead and get them in it.
