Hola laxian. It's good to know that you actually put the topics in the right forum. :P (even though you are new)

I don't think they would, but let's ask the others. :)

Some bettas do attack and kill ghost shrimp (not sure if they actually eat them, though), but some don't.  It really depends on how aggressive your individual fish is.  If you'd be really broken up if the betta killed your ghosties, then don't risk it.

This should be a sticky thread.

You can put bettas in with ghost shrimp, snails, ADFs and a few other fish but it really depends on the size of your tank and the temperment of your betta or the other fish you're thinking of putting in with him/her.

Personally, I've only had one ghost shrimp in with my betta Ludwig in his 1 gallon tank. They got along fine for the few days my ghost shrimp lived after bringing him home.

aw...if you like them that much, you shouldn't try it, or you should keep an eye on the tank 24-7.

If you get a betta and like him too and it doesn't work out, I guess you can be happy that your betta got a good meal.

Bettas are natural predators. They prefer live food to anything. I'm sure he'll take a bite to explore what that weird creature is. If he likes what he tastes, he'll probably hunt them all down.
